Coaching Services

First know what Health and wellness coaching is and isn't
What it is not:
-
A health coach will fix everything for me.
-
A health coach is a replacement for my doctor.
-
Health coaching is only about weight.
-
If I’ve tried everything before, coaching won’t help.
-
A health coach will judge my choices.
-
A health coach is a genie who promises instant transformation.
What it is:
-
Coaching is a collaborative process when guidance and support meet your willingness to reflect and adjust.
-
Coaching may work alongside your healthcare teams' recommendations. National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) partner with clients in transforming those recommendations into self-directed lasting changes.
-
Coaching may touch nutrition or movement, but it also includes energy, stress, sleep, mindset, routines, and overall quality of life.
-
NBC-HWC's are credentialed members of the healthcare industry that can offer realistic support, clarity, and strategies that serve as behavior change agents.
