  • Health coaching is only about weight.

  • If I’ve tried everything before, coaching won’t help.

  • A health coach will judge my choices.

  • A health coach is a genie who promises instant transformation.

What it is:

  • Coaching is a collaborative process when guidance and support meet your willingness to reflect and adjust.

  • Coaching may work alongside your healthcare teams' recommendations. National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) partner with clients in transforming those recommendations into self-directed lasting changes.

  • Coaching may touch nutrition or movement, but it also includes energy, stress, sleep, mindset, routines, and overall quality of life.

  • NBC-HWC's are credentialed members of the healthcare industry that can offer realistic support, clarity, and strategies that serve as behavior change agents.

Individual Initial Coaching Session - 50 Minutes $85

A 50 minute session based on clients focus. Examples may include: time-management, focus, balance, life transition moments, stress, or eating healthier.

Session Flow includes:

  • Pre-session intake form review

  • Session Focus

  • Action Planning

  • Review and Follow-up

Ongoing Coaching Sessions - 25 Minutes $40

​A 25 minute session following an initial coaching session to review a clients focus and support sustainable change.

Nutrition Coaching - 12 Week Package $675

Point of View Wellness 12‑week nutrition coaching program is designed to help individuals build sustainable eating habits, improve their relationship with food, and achieve personal health goals with a certified nutrition coach. It combines education, personalized planning, and accountability to create lasting change.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Improved knowledge of nutrition fundamentals.

  • Healthier eating habits and reduced reliance on processed foods.
  • Increased energy, better digestion, and improved mood.

  • Greater confidence in meal planning and food choices.

  • A sustainable lifestyle plan that continues beyond the 12 weeks.

Key Features:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions.

    • Educational resources (handouts and evidence based resources).

    • Accountability tools

    • Ongoing support via email or messaging between sessions.

    • Focus on whole foods and incorporating tips and strategies for satisfaction.
